**About Infinity MENA**:
Infinity Constellation is expanding into the Middle East with the launch of **Infinity MENA**, a new regional holding company. Infinity builds and scales **AI-driven businesses in essential service sectors**, creating long-term compounding value. Infinity MENA will **localize Infinity’s proven business models** and launch new ventures that respond to regional opportunities.

**Role Overview**:
The **Head of Product, MENA** will be Infinity’s founding product leader in the region. You will be on the front lines with enterprise customers—listening, testing, iterating, and ensuring that the products we build truly fit the workflows and priorities of MENA’s leading companies.

This role is **deeply hands-on**. You will spend much of your time with customers in Dubai and across the region—sitting in their offices, mapping their processes, and validating whether the technology we ship delivers measurable outcomes. From there, you’ll own the strategy and execution that transforms customer insights into scalable products.

Over time, you will expand from being the **product founder of the first Infinity MENA companies** to the portfolio-level leader setting product standards across multiple ventures.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Discovery & Engagement**:

- Spend significant time with enterprise clients, regulators, and partners to **understand pain points firsthand**.
- Lead **discovery workshops, pilots, and field testing** to validate product-market fit.
- Translate customer insights into **clear product requirements** and workflows.
- Ensure products deliver tangible business value—**cost savings, efficiency gains, or revenue impact**.

**Product Strategy & Execution**:

- Define and maintain the **product vision and roadmap** for Infinity MENA portfolio companies.
- Prioritize features and launches that solve the most **pressing regional problems**.
- Build and track **success metrics** that tie directly to customer value and adoption.
- Adapt Infinity’s global playbooks into **MENA-specific product strategies**.

**Leadership & Growth**:

- Build a **regional product organization** as Infinity MENA companies scale.
- Instill a **customer-first product culture** across all business units.
- Partner with regional CEOs, founders, and engineering leads to drive adoption.
- Represent Infinity MENA at **industry forums, board discussions, and investor meetings**.

**Qualifications**:

- 8-12+ years of product management experience, with a focus on building. We’re looking for builders who can lead not executives who can only direct.
- Demonstrated success building **B2B/enterprise products** (AI, automation, SaaS, or managed services preferred).
- Track record of working directly with enterprise customers to **shape product design and adoption**.
- Experience in MENA markets (or comparable regions with complex enterprise/government buyers).
- Strong technical fluency; able to work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers and data scientists.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with **C-level and government stakeholders**.
