Job Description Lifestyle Manager Usturiun Luxury Travel | Dubai Usturiun Luxury Travel designs rare, deeply personalised journeys for individuals who value discretion, access, and uncompromising refinement. We work quietly behind the scenes of some of the world's most complex and considered travel and lifestyle requirements. We are now seeking an experienced Lifestyle Manager to join our Dubai-based team. This role is not about selling luxury hotels. It is about understanding people their preferences, pace, priorities, and the many details that transform travel into something seamless, meaningful, and entirely effortless. The Role As a Lifestyle Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor and operational lead for a portfolio of high-networth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. You will manage every element of their travel and lifestyle needs with foresight, precision, and discretion. Key responsibilities include: Designing and managing end-to-end luxury journeys, including flights, accommodation, dining, experiences, transportation, and on-the-ground logistics Anticipating and managing the unspoken needs of UHNW clients, ensuring flawless execution across destinations and time zones Managing corporate travel accounts, balancing policy requirements with elevated service standards Issuing, managing, and reissuing air travel using GDS systems (Sabre preferred) Coordinating with global airline, hotel, DMC, and lifestyle partners to secure preferred access and outcomes Maintaining accurate documentation, budgets, and post-travel follow-up with meticulous attention to detail Representing Usturiun's standards of quiet luxury, discretion, and intelligent service at all times About You This role is suited to someone who understands that true luxury lies in care, preparation, and execution often in the details a client never needs to see. You will bring: - 35+ years experience in luxury travel, lifestyle management, or high-touch corporate travel - Proven experience working with HNW / UHNW clientele - A holistic understanding of full-service luxury travel beyond accommodation alone - Experience managing corporate travel accounts - Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Sabre strongly preferred; other systems considered) - Strong organisational discipline and attention to detail - Calm, confident communication and sound judgement under pressure - Location & Working Pattern - Based in Dubai - Hybrid working (office and home) available, to be discussed - Monday to Friday, with two Saturdays per month on rotation - This is not a purely 95 role; client needs and journey execution will always take priority, and - flexibility is essential when managing UHNW travel across time zones - What We Offer - Excellent remuneration, reflective of experience and expertise - A considered benefits package - Opportunities to travel and engage with global partners - Ongoing training and professional development - Exposure to rare access, trusted relationships, and a discerning international clientele Applications Candidates are invited to submit a CV and brief introduction to: [Confidential Information] All applications are treated with the utmost discretion. -
