We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic **Travel Consultant** to join our team. If you have a passion for travel, a customer-focused mindset, and expertise in creating unforgettable itineraries, we’d love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Travel Planning & Staycation Packages**

  • Consult with clients to understand preferences, budgets, and travel needs.
  • Create customized itineraries, including staycation options, tailored to individual or group requirements.
  • Recommend unique attractions, activities, and dining experiences.

**2. Ticketing & Reservations**

  • Book flights, attractions, events, accommodations, and transportation with precision and timeliness.
  • Utilize travel reservation systems and online platforms to secure competitive rates and options.

**3. Visa & Documentation Assistance**

  • Provide expert guidance on UAE visit visas and international visa processes.
  • Assist clients with travel documentation, entry requirements, and health or vaccination guidelines.

**4. Budgeting & Cost Optimization**

  • Help clients establish realistic travel budgets while delivering value.
  • Compare options to provide cost-effective travel solutions without compromising quality.

**5. Customer Service Excellence**

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction before, during, and after trips.
  • Monitor and follow up on cab bookings to guarantee timely pick-ups and drop-offs.

**6. Industry Expertise & Trends**

  • Stay updated on travel trends, destination insights, and industry best practices.
  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information and recommendations to clients.

**7. Operations Support**

  • Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and service providers to confirm and manage bookings.
  • Proactively resolve operational challenges to maintain a smooth client experience.

**8. Sales & Relationship Building**

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Promote travel packages, upsell services, and enhance customer satisfaction.

**9. Shift-Based Operations**

  • Work in shifts (12-hour schedule) to provide consistent support during operational hours.

**Qualifications**

**Mandatory Requirements**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) and online booking platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE visit visas and global visa processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Certification in travel or tourism is a plus.
  • Prior experience in managing staycations and travel operations.
