Job Description Job Overview Kanoo Travel is seeking an experienced Senior Leisure Travel Consultant to deliver personalized, high-quality travel experiences aligned with our premium brand standards. The role focuses on managing end-to-end leisure travel consultations, driving sales and conversions, and delivering exceptional service to B2C, corporate, VIP, and HNWI clients across the UAE, KSA, and Bahrain. This position plays a key role in strengthening customer loyalty, enhancing repeat business, and supporting the growth of Kanoo Travel's Lifestyle & Leisure portfolio. Key Responsibilities - Design and deliver tailor-made leisure and lifestyle itineraries for B2C, corporate, and premium clients. - Manage end-to-end travel consultations, bookings, and customer communication with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. - Deliver a luxury-style service experience across all customer touchpoints. - Handle VIP and HNWI clients with discretion, professionalism, and personalized attention - Proactively anticipate client needs, recommend upgrades, and offer customized travel solutions. - Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets. - Maximize conversion of enquiries across all channels (walk-in, phone, email, and digital leads) - Coordinate with DMCs, airlines, and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and value-added benefits. - Ensure accuracy in itineraries, proposals, invoices, vouchers, and booking documentation. - Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow internal compliance procedures. - Proactively follow up on non-converted enquiries to increase conversion rates. - Handle customer issues and ensure effective service recovery. - Participate in training programs and FAM trips to maintain strong destination and product knowledge. - Prepare monthly sales and performance reports. Key Requirements - Minimum 4 years of experience in leisure travel consulting - Proven experience in creating customized itineraries; exposure to VIP/HNWI clients is an advantage. - Strong knowledge of global destinations, hotels, experiences, and seasonal travel trends - Hands-on experience with GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and travel booking platforms. - Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills - Strong sales, conversion, upselling, and negotiation capabilities - High level of accuracy and attention to detail in travel documentation - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to manage enquiries and clients across multiple regions. - Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong service recovery skills Why Join Kanoo Travel - Work with one of the region's most respected travel brands - Exposure to luxury, lifestyle, and high-end leisure travel portfolios - Opportunity to work with premium and VIP clientele - Continuous learning through training programs and destination exposure - Professional and collaborative work environment
