Additionally, EMCD Coinhold has been named by crypto.news as the best crypto savings account of 2024.To lead our international expansion and strategic business initiatives, we are looking for an experienced and visionary CBDO (Chief Business Development Officer).Location: RemoteReports To: CEOAbout the role:The CBDO will drive global business development efforts, leading EMCDs expansion into new markets and overseeing strategic partnerships, revenue generation, and market positioning. This role requires deep expertise in crypto and fintech, a global network and the ability to align business goals with product and engineering strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and lead EMCDs global busines s development and go-to-market (GTM) strategyDefine and prioritize market entry strategies across diverse geographiesAlign business development initiatives with product roadmap and company visionIdentify, negotiate, and close high‐impact partnerships and integrationsExplore and execute on M&A opportunities and strategic investmentsDrive revenue and user growth in B2B and B2C segmentsLead fundraising initiatives, build and maintain relationships with investors, and secure strategic capital to support growthOversee investment strategy to maximize long‐term value creation and align with company visionBuild and manage a high‐performing global business development teamFoster cross‐functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and engineeringLead quarterly strategic reviews and continuously adapt BD plans to market dynamicsRepresent EMCD at global crypto conferences, summits, and investor meetingsAct as a spokesperson for the company in strategic and public settingsQualifications & Requirements:5+ years in business development within the crypto, Web3, fintech, or startup sectorsProven leadership experience in scaling GTM strategies across international marketsTrack record of leading successful fundraising rounds and managing investor relationsDeep understanding of blockchain technology, crypto infrastructure, mining, and DeFiStrong global network in the crypto industry and venture capital ecosystemExceptional communication, negotiation, and deal‐making skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic and analytical thinkingFluency in both English and Russian is essential in this role; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Spanish) are a plusIf you're a visionary leader ready to shape the future of global crypto infrastructure, we invite you to join EMCD and lead the charge into the next phase of crypto innovation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
