**Responsibilities**:
1. **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with the CEO and senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the business setup industry.

2. **Operational Oversight**: Provide leadership and direction to all operational functions, including company formation, PRO services, legal compliance, and client services, to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

3. **Client Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that exceed expectations.

4. **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

5. **Financial Management**: Work closely with the finance department to develop budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.

6. **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes and workflows, implementing best practices and technologies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

7. **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing the business setup industry, minimizing risks and liabilities.

8. **Performance Monitoring**:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational performance, regularly monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
