Parker Consult is seeking a highly skilled Team Assistant to provide administrative support to their Abu Dhabi Operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating complex executive meetings, managing calendars, and preparing presentations.

Job Summary

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and make travel arrangements.
  • Assist senior managers with their personal activities, including renewing car insurance and arranging personal travel.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for publications and presentations.
  • Perform clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, retrieving, and letter drafting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years experience in supporting executive level functions.
  • Arabic and/or German speaking is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail.
