  • Compliance: Ensuring that all requirements outlined in the RFP or tender are met, including legal, technical, and financial stipulations.
  • Deadline Management: Working under tight deadlines to submit bids on time, managing timelines, and ensuring that the entire team involved in the proposal process meets their respective deadlines.

3. Research and Analysis
