Inspire, coach, and guide a team to achieve ambitious business targets. What We Are Looking For A proven track record of 7+ years in sales, business development, or account management. Strong experience engaging with senior government stakeholders, industry bodies, and academic institutions. Exceptional commercial acumen with advanced negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills. Deep understanding of UAE labor market dynamics, Emiratization policies, and skills transformation trends. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
