You ll take a leadership role in managing commercial performance across multiple projects from pre-contract through to completion ensuring cost efficiency, contractual compliance, and strategic commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the full spectrum of commercial management across multiple high-value projects.
  • Manage and develop cost plans, tender documents, and procurement strategies.
  • Oversee contract administration (FIDIC or similar), variations, claims, and final account negotiations.
  • Provide strategic commercial and contractual advice to clients and project teams.
  • Review and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Drive value engineering and cost optimisation initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor junior cost management staff.
  • Represent the consultancy in client meetings, presenting commercial reports and recommendations.
  • Ensure alignment with client objectives, schedules, and financial targets.

  • Mixed-use and masterplan developments
  • High-end villa communities

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline.
  • 12 18 years experience in commercial management roles, ideally within a PQS or PMC consultancy.
  • Strong background in pre- and post-contract management and client-side delivery.
  • Proven experience working on hospitality, high-rise, or mixed-use projects.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • MRICS accreditation strongly preferred.
  • Prior UAE or GCC experience essential.
