Role Description Momentum ME is seeking an experienced Growth and Partnerships Director from the agency side for a full‑time on‑site role based in Dubai. This is a senior commercial role responsible for driving structured and sustainable growth for the agency through enterprise‑level client acquisition, strategic partnerships and long‑term retainers. You will lead the new business and partnerships function across the region, working closely with the CEO, account directors, strategy and creative leadership to identify high‑value opportunities, lead major pitches, manage large pipelines and secure multi‑market mandates. The role requires strong understanding of agency operations, client decision cycles, procurement processes and the ability to build trusted long‑term relationships with senior marketing and procurement leaders. QualificationsProven senior‑level experience in business development, growth or partnerships within a creative marketing or advertising agency. Strong network of senior marketing, procurement and brand decision makers across the GCC. Deep understanding of agency business models, including retainers, regional rollouts and large‑scale projects. Proven ability to lead large‑scale pitches, negotiate enterprise contracts and close long‑term partnerships. Strong commercial and analytical skills with experience in forecasting, pipeline management and revenue planning. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field with advanced qualifications preferred.
