Supplement internal lead generation efforts by building your own prospecting pipeline. Meeting Coordination: Schedule and conduct meetings (virtual or in-person) with potential clients to understand their needs and showcase our solutions. Engage in warm leads provided by the company and close deals. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and effective customer experience. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking prospect interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes. Having an understanding of CRM systems. Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to customer needs. Performance & Reporting: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and pipeline progress. Market & Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies and enhance value propositions.Requirements (PLEASE READ):Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with a track record of achieving targets. Strong proficiency in lead generation techniques including cold calling and social media engagement. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a team.
