ITP Media Group <\/span><\/span><\/b>is looking for a dynamic and detail\-orientated <\/span><\/span>Associate Events Manager <\/span><\/span><\/b>to support the planning and execution of high\-profile events across Dubai, working on brands such as Time Out, ahlan, Caterer Middle East, Arabian Business, Construction Week, Aviation Business and more<\/span><\/span>.

Requirements<\/h3>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Lead end\-to\-end delivery of events across a broad range of scales, from industry gala dinners hosting 1,000+ guests, to intimate, high\-impact consumer experiences.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Drive continued innovation across the events portfolio, bringing fresh thinking, creative concepts, and new exceptional ideas to elevate audience engagement and commercial value.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Establish and manage event budgets from planning stage through to reconciliation, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within the agreed budget.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, sponsors, and event partners to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Build, maintain, and oversee a strong supplier network across AV, production, fabrication and entertainment.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Uphold brand standards and ensure every event aligns with departmental objectives, brand positioning, and commercial goals.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging formats, and experiential innovations, continuously applying market insight to strengthen and future\-proof ITP Media Groupâs event offering.<\/span>

Provide support with supplier and venue communications for Saudi\-based events, and assist the sales team by translating documents related to bookings and event enquiries.<\/span>

Skills & Experience<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Minimum three yearsâ experience in an events\-focused role, with a strong track record of planning and delivering live events including conferences and awards ceremonies. Previous experience working in the Middle East is an advantage.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; working knowledge of Canva is an advantage.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across editorial, design, and commercial teams.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously within fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environments.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
Confident in managing on\-site event operations, ensuring seamless delivery and responding effectively to challenges in live event settings.<\/span>
