Sales Director – Land Sales (UAE) Location: UAE (regular presence in Ras Al Khaimah) The Opportunity We are supporting the appointment of a Sales Director to lead land sales activities for a large-scale real estate development platform in the UAE. This role is suited to a senior sales leader with experience operating on the developer side, managing complex land transactions and engaging with regional and international stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute the land sales strategy across a master-planned development Drive sales of development plots and large-scale land opportunities Build and manage relationships with regional and international clients Contribute to pricing strategy, deal structuring, and commercial negotiations Work closely with senior leadership on revenue planning and market positioning Lead and support senior sales teams as requiredExperience & BackgroundDemonstrated experience in land sales within a developer environment Background with a master developer or large real estate developer Track record of managing complex, high-value land transactions Experience engaging with diverse, multi-market client groups Senior sales leadership experience (Director / Head of Sales level)Additional ContextThis role sits within a developer-led environment Experience gained within brokerage settings may be considered where complemented by developer-side roles Strategic, commercially minded profiles with structured sales leadership experience are encouraged to applyWhat’s OfferedSenior leadership role with direct commercial impact Competitive package aligned with experience and market benchmarks Opportunity to contribute to a high-profile, long-term development platform#J-18808-Ljbffr
