Associate Director – Syndication & Distribution A leading financial institution is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their capital markets team in a syndication and secondary loan distribution capacity. This role is suited for someone with a strong understanding of institutional investor relationships, particularly across FI and NBFI segments, and solid exposure to the placement of trade finance, FIG, or corporate loan assets. The position involves active participation in loan syndication processes, with a focus on secondary market execution, investor engagement, and preparation of deal materials. Experience in book running and managing distribution flows is essential.
