We are seeking an accomplished Associate Director to take a leadership role in shaping Chais Talent's operational and business strategies. This role is integral to driving performance, streamlining processes, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier HR services to our clients. The ideal candidate will combine operational expertise with strong leadership and strategic vision, playing a key part in positioning Chais Talent as the go-to partner for human capital solutions in the region.Key Responsibilities of Associate Director Lead and oversee operational functions to ensure efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships. Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives. Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for operational excellence. Represent the company at high-level industry events and networking platforms.Qualification Required for Associate Director Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, business development, or a related leadership role (HR or consulting experience is a plus). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
