Join a dynamic team as an experienced Rewards Specialist responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that drive business success.This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop total reward concepts, best practices, and solutions aligned with business objectives. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of market trends, compensation philosophies, and regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate will have at least 7-10 years of experience in C&B and HR benefits processes, with meaningful experience in Middle East compensation planning and design, administration, compliance, and communication.The successful candidate will be able to:Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategiesConduct market research and analysis to inform decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectivesMaintain expertise in compensation and benefits regulations and lawsPrioritize the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.Requirements:Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferredAt least 7-10 years of experience in C&B and HR benefits processesMeaningful experience in Middle East compensation planning and design, administration, compliance, and communicationResponsibilities:Design and implement compensation and benefits strategiesConduct market research and analysisCollaborate with cross-functional teamsMaintain expertise in compensation and benefits regulations and lawsBenefits:Competitive salary and bonus structureComprehensive health insurance and wellness programsProfessional development opportunitiesOther responsibilities:Prioritize the development and implementation of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) initiativesStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
