Compensation and Benefits Analyst

We are looking to hire a Compensation & Benefits Analyst who will be responsible for supporting compensation structures, administering benefits programs, and conducting market benchmarking and job evaluations for our client based in Dubai , which is one of the largest companies in the region. This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months , and is renewable based on performance. The role sits within the Human Resources Department and reports directly to the Associate Director- HR. We are looking for a passionate Compensation & Benefits Analyst who is focused on ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and effective administration of compensation and benefits programs . You should also have experience in / possess knowledge of HRIS systems, UAE Labour Law, job evaluation methodologies, and compensation analytics . Key Responsibilities Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market pricing. Prepare compensation and benefits reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR leadership. Support the development and maintenance of salary structures, pay grades, and compensation frameworks. Assist in administering the annual compensation cycle (merit increases, promotions, bonuses). Manage benefits programs including medical insurance, life insurance, and end-of-service benefits. Coordinate with insurance providers, brokers, and internal stakeholders regarding policy renewals and claims. Work closely with Payroll to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefits updates. Maintain HRIS data accuracy for compensation, allowances, and benefit-related updates. Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics (preferably in UAE/GCC). Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel capability Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and benefits practices. Experience with job evaluation methodologies (Mercer IPE, Hay, Aon) is an advantage. Strong hands on experience in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills. High attention to detail and confidentiality. Experience using HRIS and data analysis tools.
