Job Overview:The role of Compensation and Benefits Officer involves providing strategic support to ensure the effective administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.Implement and maintain compensation structures, including job evaluations and salary benchmarking exercises.Coordinate employee enrollment in benefit plans, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and maintaining accurate records.Support compliance with labor laws, internal and external audits, and confidentiality across all HR processes.For this position, we seek an individual with a strong understanding of labor law and statutory compliance related to payroll and benefits.
