Senior Associate Strategy Operations Business Development Partnerships InvestmentsWe are seeking a Senior Associate to work with our Managing Director to establish and drive business growth in the Middle East. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping strategic initiatives, developing commercial partnerships, and supporting investments—particularly within the Web3 space.About the RoleConduct market research and analysis to support the development of strategic and operational initiatives that expand our presence in the Middle East.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure alignment with global headquarters.Develop and execute commercial and go-to-market strategies aimed at boosting growth, engagement, and market penetration among target segments (e.g., crypto startups, exchanges, investment funds).Drive end-to-end partnership and transaction efforts, including prospecting, qualification, due diligence, structuring, and negotiations to support the growth of Digital Asset Advisory and Investment Management businesses.Prepare and manage ongoing business performance reports for senior stakeholders, ensuring accurate and timely updates on performance metrics and strategic initiatives.Independently produce high-quality reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, clearly articulating findings, insights, and recommendations.This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to driving business success in the Middle East.
