We're Hiring: Business Development and Strategy Associate (Multi-Sector Consulting)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Vault Management Consultants (VMC) is expanding its team and we are looking for a Business Development and Strategy Associate to support our consulting and advisory portfolio across multiple sectors.

This role is ideal for someone who is commercially driven, structured and confident engaging with senior stakeholders. You will work closely with leadership on business development, client discovery, proposal development and strategic project support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support business development activities across public and private sectors.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls/meetings, identify client needs and translate insights into structured proposals.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, concept notes and pitch materials aligned with client objectives.
  • Contribute to sector research, benchmarking and strategy development across a wide range of industries.
  • Coordinate with leadership on pipeline tracking, client follow-ups and partnership opportunities.
  • Support project teams with analysis, documentation and implementation oversight where required.
  • Represent VMC with professionalism and cultural awareness in all external interactions.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in consulting, business development or strategy.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead client-facing conversations.
  • Experience in advisory, public-sector engagement or private-sector partnerships.
  • Familiarity with feasibility studies, market entry analysis or investment facilitation.
  • Ability to structure information clearly and prepare compelling and well-designed reports.
  • Research-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-sector consulting environment.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability and cultural sensitivity.
