Regional Sales and Business Development Manager FGD is an established manufacturer of premium flame detection technologies, providing high-performance IR3 and multi-spectrum flame detectors to demanding industrial markets. All products are designed and manufactured in our advanced facility in Anaheim, California, and are supported globally through sales and technical teams across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The Middle East region is strategically important to FGD due to the concentration of large-scale energy, petrochemical, and industrial infrastructure projects where flame detection is business-critical. As FGD continues to expand its footprint, we aim to deepen engagement with end users, EPCs, system integrators, and distribution partners. Role Overview We seek a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager to lead FGD’s growth strategy in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Bahrain, with potential expansion to adjacent markets. This role requires both strategic and hands‑on execution. You will be responsible for market development, sales performance, partner management, and representing FGD’s technical and commercial capabilities across the region. Success in this role requires a practical understanding of flame and gas detection markets, strong commercial judgement, and the ability to build credible long‑term relationships in a region where decision processes can be complex and multi‑layered. The position offers significant ownership of the regional business, with the expectation of growing market share and elevating FGD’s presence in core verticals.
