Business Development Representative (Commission-Based | Remote) About MMSHub.ai MMSHub.ai is a UAE-based, ethical, AI-powered recruitment and IT solutions company. We help organizations hire better talent faster through AI-led screening combined with human validation. Role Overview We are hiring experienced, commission-based Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to introduce MMSHub.ai to companies that are actively hiring. Your primary responsibility is to initiate conversations with decision-makers . All recruitment delivery, screening, and hiring closures are handled by the MMSHub.ai team. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach companies with active hiring needs Engage founders, HR leaders, and senior decision-makers Introduce MMSHub.ai’s recruitment solutions Share qualified leads with our internal team Compensation 15% commission per successful hire Applicable for the first 3 hires per client No cap on earnings Commission paid within 7 days of client payment Ideal Candidate Profile Experience in business development, recruitment, consulting, or services sales Existing access to hiring decision-makers Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-only role This Role Is NOT Suitable For Freshers or students Candidates seeking a fixed salary CV forwarding agencies or mass-spamming profiles How to Apply Please email the following details to : Your professional background Who you can sell to (industry / decision-makers) Your current location #J-18808-Ljbffr
