Position Overview Pipeline Gurus is seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) specializing in SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for generating leads and driving the initial stages of our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation: Actively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach. Qualifying Prospects: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they meet the ideal customer profile and readiness to engage with the sales team. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive intelligence. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and optimize the lead qualification process. Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our SaaS offerings to effectively communicate benefits and value propositions to prospects. Self-Motivated: Highly motivated with a desire to achieve targets and drive personal development in a fast-paced environment. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative independently. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
