Ensure adherence to FIDIC and other relevant contract standards throughout project delivery.Cost and Financial ManagementEstablish project budgets, cost plans, and forecasts in coordination with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors. Monitor cash flow, prepare monthly valuations, manage variations, and oversee project invoicing and certification processes. Analyze commercial performance, report regularly on project profitability, and advise senior management on cost-related matters.Procurement and Subcontract ManagementDevelop procurement strategies aligned with project schedules and budget requirements.
