We at Habico Properties are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Admin cum HR who has an experience in Real Estate field, to join our company in Dubai. The HR candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and experience in variety of HR functions you will be responsible for a variety of HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Duties:
  • Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Ensure office facilities are well-maintained and organized.
  • Human Resources Support:
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollment and changes.
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including employee contracts and personnel files.
  • Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures to promote a safe and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles with exposure to HR functions in a real estate company is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
