Looking for HR Admin for Dubai Location.

Minimum Requirements:
* Min 2 yrs of experience in HR Admin especially in Visa processing.
* Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

A Human Resources (HR) Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. They play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  2. Onboard new hires by preparing and distributing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and updating HR databases.
  3. Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, job titles, salaries, and benefits information.
  4. Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  5. Respond to employee inquiries and assist with resolving HR-related issues.
  6. Prepare HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and diversity reports.
  7. Assist with the administration of performance management processes, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  8. Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, including training programs and policy updates.
  9. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and managers to ensure that HR processes and procedures align with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative role.
  3. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Knowledge of HR regulations and laws.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR software, and other relevant tools.

The HR Administrator should be a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team. They should have a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
