Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  2. Process invoices, expense reports, and ensure timely payments to vendors and employees.
  3. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
  4. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  5. Prepare and file tax returns and other financial documents as required.
  6. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  7. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  8. Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.
  9. Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.
  10. Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  11. Handle employee queries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.
  12. Organize and conduct performance evaluations and support employee development initiatives.
  13. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  14. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  1. Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  1. Accounts Cum HR Admin in UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
