What you willdo:

  • Conductregular field visits and follow up with assigned branches to ensurethe sustainment of all process/ programs rolled out in the network.Compile field visit reports/action plan on a timelymanner.
  • Identify performance gaps and developaction plans in consultation with branch management. Monitorprogress of operational improvement activities on a weekly, monthlyand quarterly basis to track status, achievements and anticipatesupport needs.
  • Support the implementation ofoperational improvement projects by conducting detailed processstudies in measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of programdeployments.
  • Conduct regular trainings/refresher sessions to improve the understanding of processstandards for all branch associates and each role objectives tofulfil process requirements. Support branch management indeveloping Process Champions.
  • Act as aninternal consultant for sharing and implementing operationalexcellence best practices across network. Support OperationalExcellence Manager to improve the contents on Best PracticeBulletins.
  • Monitor Process KPIs of assignedbranches and support branch managers in doing gap analysis,implementation of corrective actions and assessments to ensure thatthe gap is closed.
  • Perform the regularassessment of frontline staff to ensure their adherence on brandguidelines and customer serviceetiquettes.
  • Works with ASMs in assignedbranches to find ways to improve the overall profitability of thebranches by reducing Operating Cost &Expenses.
