Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven European Sales Manager with a strong background in the Dubai Real Estate Brokerage , particularly in luxury and premium properties . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and achieving high-value transactions. This role requires a dynamic individual with exceptional leadership and negotiation skills to drive sales performance and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents, ensuring they achieve their sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with clients dealing in premium and exclusive properties.
  • Oversee sales operations, monitor team performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the luxury real estate sector.
  • Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies.
  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of managerial experience in Dubai's real estate sector, specifically in luxury and premium off-plan properties.
  • Proven experience in leading successful sales teams and driving high-value deals.
  • Strong network of clients dealing in premium and exclusive properties.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strategic thinking ability.
  • Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and regulations.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification preferred.
