We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Energy for the Middle East South Asia region to develop and lead our energy business. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in renewable energy transmission and distribution and green hydrogen sectors. This role requires strategic vision leadership and a deep understanding of the energy market in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership:  Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the energy business in the Middle East South Asia region focusing on renewable energy transmission and distribution and green hydrogen.- Business Development:  Identify and pursue new business opportunities build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and expand EGISs market presence.- Project Management:  Oversee the planning execution and delivery of energy projects ensuring they meet quality budget and timeline requirements.- Team Leadership:  Build mentor and lead a high-performing team of professionals fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.- Market Analysis:  Conduct thorough market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends regulatory changes and competitive landscape.- Client Engagement:  Engage with clients to understand their needs provide tailored solutions and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.- Sustainability Focus:  Promote sustainable practices and solutions within all projects aligning with EGISs commitment to environmental stewardship. Qualifications : - Education:  Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.- Experience:  Minimum of 10 years of experience in the energy sector. - Leadership:  Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of successfully developing and managing energy businesses.- Skills:  Excellent strategic planning business development project management and team leadership skills.- Communication:  Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Regional Knowledge:  In-depth knowledge of the energy market in the Middle East South Asia region including regulatory environment and key players.- Language:  Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.
