Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in event planning, preferably within an agency.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring flawless execution of events.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required by event schedules.
  • Knowledge of event safety regulations and risk management practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique event concepts and experiences.
  • Strong budget management and negotiation skills.
