We are in search of a talented and creative individual to join our exclusive team as an Executive Chef in a private setting. This role is pivotal for enhancing the dining experience with exquisite, personalised cuisine tailored to meet our client's preferences and dietary requirements.

Core Responsibilities Culinary Excellence:
  • Design and prepare daily menus focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients and nutrition.
  • Craft innovative and visually stunning dishes that appeal to the client's tastes and lifestyle.
  • Ensure all meals and snacks adhere to high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Oversee daily operations of the kitchen ensuring hygiene and safety standards are met and maintained.
  • Source supplies, manage stock levels, and efficiently handle procurement to reduce waste.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to procure the highest quality ingredients.
  • Consult with clients to understand their dietary restrictions, preferences, and event requirements.
  • Adjust menus and recipes to accommodate health or dietary adjustments as needed by the client.
  • Coordinate with household staff to ensure seamless meal delivery and excellent dining experiences.
Event Catering
  • Plan and execute themed dining experiences and special events with precision and flair.
  • Collaborate with event planners to meet specific requirements for private parties and gatherings.
  • Lead a team for large-scale catering projects, ensuring consistency and quality throughout.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Executive or Private Chef in high-end settings.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification in gastronomy.
  • Extensive knowledge of international cuisines and effective cooking techniques.
Skills and Competencies
  • Exceptional culinary creativity with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills to manage kitchen staff and resources.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working closely with clients and other team members.
  • Capability to adapt quickly to changes in client preferences and dietary needs.
