  • Customize AI models and automationworkflows to align with organizational goals, enhancing incidentresponse, problem resolution, and servicedelivery.
  • IntegrationManagement:
  • Design and implement AI-drivenautomation across the integrated platforms (SolarWinds, Dynatrace,Nexthink, and ServiceNow) to support predictive analytics,automated remediation, and proactivemonitoring.
