Join our team and helpour top private banking client to revolutionise their datamanagement processes We are seeking a skilled Business Analystwith Data Quality Issue Management and Financial Servicesexperience to lead and support our client in the identification,design, implementation, and embedding of new data issue managementpractices.

As a seasoned BusinessAnalyst, you will be working in the Data Management team and reportinto a Lead Business Analyst, responsible for designing the TargetOperating Model to specify deliverables and recommend ways ofworking for the following areas: organizational structure,capability and capacity planning, roles and responsibilities,service and process design, technology and tooling, benefits,measures, and key metrics. You will also work closely with ourclient s senior leaders and stakeholders across the business,including Data Governance, Legal, Compliance, andFinance.

Your role will involvescoping project areas, managing the unexpected, and ensuring allimpacts of change and new ways of working are covered. You willhave excellent analysis, change management, communication, andbusiness transformation skills, and you will confidently anddiplomatically manage stakeholders while gently coaching andsharing your knowledge.

Deliverables

  • Work in a team ofBusiness Analysts to define and achieve client objectives anddeliverables
  • Create, define and implement datarelated guidelines, framework, control standards, handbooks andinstructions
  • Successfully creates and obtainsbuy in and sign off of a new target operatingmodel
  • Generate and deliver educationand awareness of Data management across thebank
  • Successfully creates a transitionplan in readiness forimplementation
  • Ability to leadcomplex discussion/facilitate workshops with projectstakeholders
  • Document datarequirements aligned to inflight and newprojects
  • Lead delivery on datamapping, conversion and migration activities to support inflightprojects
  • Coordinates projectteams, planning resource and taskallocation
  • Manages all aspectsof risks and issue management supportingservices
  • Report on DataFramework compliance, identifying relevant KPIs and KRI andAssurance
  • Define, Implement, operate andreport on End User Developed Applications (EUDA) control frameworkand inventory
  • Tracks projectperformance, reporting regularly tostakeholders
  • Ensure team membersare provided with support and tools to successfully completetasks
  • Manage ChangeRequests within the project, ensuring impact assessments have beenundertaken and communicated to stakeholders in an efficient andeffectivemanner
  • Operate the DataCompassprocesses
  • Lead the design of data qualitycontrols
  • Co-ordinate testingand transition activities for new data qualitycontrols

Requirements

Essentialskills and experience:

Proven experience of BusinessAnalysis specifically in a datamanagement

Extensiveexperience of process mapping, design and implementation withinDataManagement

Proficient in using BusinessProcess Modelling Tools (Visio or equivalent) and MS OfficeSuite

Experience of business process re-engineering andoperating model design within Financial Services

Strong experiencein defining data management frameworks and controlstandards

Good attention to detail/quality mindset, stronganalytical approach

Strong influencing and networking skills,ability to develop internal/external business relationships, usesknowledge, skills and experience to influence others

A passion forcollaboration and driving customer experience

Experience increating and influencing news ways of working, frameworks andmodels
