Job Summary

We are looking for a Veeam expert consultant to join our team at Alpha Data. As a Veeam expert consultant, you will be responsible for administrating and managing Veeam Backup as a service platform (vCloud Connect), Kasten, and VBR.

Your primary objective will be to develop a customized plan to maximize value from Veeam products and services, including identifying pain points and gaps in the Veeam setup for different entities subscribed to Veeam.

You will work closely with VASP professional services, technical support, technical sales, and other teams to ensure the smooth operation of Veeam Backup as a service platform.

In addition, you will conduct periodic health checks, support learning and training for different entities, and prevent potential issues through advisories and proactive action plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrate and manage Veeam Backup as a service platform (vCloud Connect), Kasten, VBR
  • Develop customized plans to maximize value from Veeam products and services
  • Identify and address pain points and gaps in the Veeam setup for different entities subscribed to Veeam
