Partnership Manager

- Drive engagement with CPGsand suppliers to drive their growth through in-app campaigns and adrevenue.
- Work with CPGs and advertisers todrive investment in the platform, and increase investment throughin-app visibility, acting as a subject matter expert for theirgrowth on talabat.
- Establish excellentrelationships and close brand marketing deals among partners fromGrocery, Retail and Pharma vertical.
- Support inmanagement of creative production for trade-drivingcampaigns
- Plan and execute tailored andtargeted campaigns to drive growth
- Coordinatebetween commercial teams and marketing teams to align on featuredpromotions and products.
- Proactively recommendand support in the development and implementation of new strategiesto boost volume growth, while keeping margins ontarget
- Analyze all on-going campaigns,including daily tracking of performance and budgetmanagement
- Participate with Product team tounderstand application features on how to utilize it in executingcampaigns
- Drive improvements to our processesthrough first hand experience to enable scaling our retail mediaoperation.
What did weorder?
- Yougained 5+ years relevant experience in digital marketing oradvertising roles, ideally in a leading e-commerce retailer oradvertising/media agency.
- Client facingexperience working with senior level stakeholders and extensiveexisting network.
- Minimum 2 years of experiencein digital media agency or related field, or comparable experienceworking with retail media platforms
- You have astrong customer centric mindset, are passionate about retail, andhave a proven track record of delivering impactful, valuable paidmarketing campaigns
- Hands-on entrepreneurialmentality, you take ownership and are self-starting to findopportunity in ambiguity.
- You have a provenability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously
- You have experience working indynamic matrix organisations
- You are confidentworking closely with data and productteams
- Excellent presentation skills, withability to make the complex appearsimple
- Verbal & written fluency inEnglish, additional languages is a plus
- You gained 5+ yearsrelevant experience in digital marketing or advertising roles,ideally in a leading e-commerce retailer or advertising/mediaagency.
