KeyResponsibilities:
  • Plan organise and execute a variety of inhouseevents ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional experiences forattendees.
  • Collaborate with internalstakeholders to understand event requirements and align them withorganisational objectives.
  • Develop eventconcepts themes and schedules ensuring they reflect the companysvalues and vision.
  • Manage event budgetsensuring cost efficiency while maintaining highstandards.
  • Coordinate with vendors suppliersand partners to secure venues services and materials needed forevents.
  • Supervise event setup and executionensuring attention to detail and compliance withtimelines.
  • Handle event promotion marketing andcommunication to maximise attendance andengagement.
  • Create postevent reports providinganalysis and recommendations for futureimprovements.
  • Build and maintain relationshipswith key stakeholders ensuring successful collaboration for allevents.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in event management particularly inhouseevents for reputable organisations such as Emaar or familyownedbusinesses.
  • Proven track record andportfolio showcasing successfully executedevents .
  • Fluency in Arabic ismandatory.
  • Strong organisational and projectmanagement skills with the ability to handle multiple eventssimultaneously.
  • Excellent communication andnegotiation skills to manage vendors partners and stakeholderseffectively.
  • Creativity and attention to detailwith a passion for delivering exceptionalexperiences.
  • Proficiency in event managementsoftware and tools is an advantage.
PreferredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Event Management Marketingor a related field.
  • Prior experience inhighprofile or luxury events.
  • Familiarity withthe Dubai market and an established network within the eventsindustry.
