Job Description:

The Events Specialist will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events to ensure UAS's image is positively represented to guests, industry stakeholders, and the media. Events include exhibitions, conferences, product launches, and promotions. This role will focus on delivering seamless, impactful events that align with UAS's strategic goals and foster strong relationships with key audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Event Management:
    • Define event objectives, create comprehensive plans, and manage timelines, budgets, and logistics.
    • Oversee all pre-event preparations, including venue selection, contract negotiation, supplier coordination, and equipment setup.
    • Ensure compliance with all legal, insurance, health, and safety requirements.
    • Serve as the main point of contact during events, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any onsite challenges.
  • Marketing & Promotion:
    • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies, ensuring maximum visibility for UAS at events.
    • Secure high-profile speaking engagements, sponsorships, and media coverage to boost UAS's brand presence.
    • Manage the design and production of event marketing materials (digital, print, and onsite).
  • Post-Event Analysis & Improvement:
    • Conduct post-event evaluations, analyzing performance against key metrics and gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing complex events, with a preference for backgrounds in exhibitions, conferences, or large-scale corporate events.
  • Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and handle pressure in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong experience in budget management and vendor coordination.
  • Flexibility to travel and work extended hours to accommodate event schedules.
