Job Summary:

The Cluster Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing HR functions across multiple hotels within a designated cluster. This role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, talent acquisition, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The position acts as a strategic business partner to the hotel leadership teams, driving a high-performance culture and enhancing employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Strategy & Operations:
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals across all hotels in the cluster.
    • Standardize HR policies, procedures, and best practices across multiple properties.
    • Provide HR support to General Managers and leadership teams in workforce planning and organizational development.
  2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
    • Oversee recruitment and hiring processes, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
    • Work with department heads to anticipate staffing needs and build talent pipelines.
    • Manage onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new employees.
  3. Employee Relations & Engagement:
    • Act as a key advisor on employee relations matters, handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
    • Promote a positive work environment and drive employee engagement initiatives.
    • Implement feedback mechanisms such as employee surveys and action plans for improvement.
    • Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Work with training managers or external vendors to deliver leadership and service training.
    • Ensure compliance with mandatory training programs and career progression plans.
    • Ensure payroll and benefits administration is managed efficiently and fairly.
    • Benchmark salaries and benefits against industry standards to maintain competitive offerings.
    • Oversee incentive programs, employee recognition, and wellness initiatives.
  4. Compliance & Labor Law Adherence:
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and corporate policies.
    • Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
    • Implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all hotels.
  5. HR Metrics & Reporting:
    • Analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, recruitment, engagement) and provide reports to management.
    • Use HR analytics to drive data-informed decisions for continuous improvement.
    • Conduct workforce planning and forecasting to optimize staffing levels.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Prior experience managing HR functions for multiple properties or a large-scale operation is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Leadership & People Management – Ability to influence and lead HR teams across multiple locations.
  • Strong Communication – Excellent verbal and written skills for engaging with employees at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution – Capable of handling complex employee relations issues.
  • Strategic Thinking – Ability to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Adaptability & Multitasking – Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Work Conditions:

  • Travel between cluster hotels may be required.
  • Flexible working hours based on hotel operational needs.
