Work with Strategy voice of customer team to configure Qualtrics platform and execute the communication/surveys/EDM/SMS/WhatsApp in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCERELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE: Min of 6+ years of experience in Communications and Marketing in a real estate industry within the GCC region.
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLSExtensive knowledge in CRM related activities, such as developing quick solutions and supporting business during sales launch.
Deep understanding of Suspect to Lead & Sales Processes.
Experience in making data-driven decisions using email analytics, A/B testing, and campaign-specific reports and dashboards.
Excellent understanding of CRM strategy, planning, data-driven Marketing, CRM, and customer life cycle.
Deep understanding of Oracle Eloqua is a must and able to handle multiple technologies.
Working knowledge in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Qualtrics application is a must.
Good understanding of Web, CMS, and related technologies.
Expertise in developing marketing campaigns based on business criticality and coordinating with different business to develop the sales launch campaigns.
Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Expert knowledge of leading email marketing strategies and email marketing best practices.
QUALIFICATIONBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
