About the Role
The Senior Associate will support the senior manager in managing the asset management investment process, underwriting new potential acquisitions, and closing potential acquisitions.
This role involves providing support in managing relationships with existing Aldar JVs/Subsidiaries and monitoring their financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing asset management investments proposals across all stages of the transaction from sourcing to execution.
- Identifying and researching potential acquisition recommendations received from internal and external sources.
- Using quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify and execute on market opportunities in the UAE.
- Assisting in acquisition phases, including structuring definitive agreements and drafting processes.
- Coordinating due diligence efforts with legal and commercial divisions (and external advisers).
- Interacting with acquisition representatives to ensure a complete understanding of business operations.
- Providing support in building financial and valuation models where required.
- Preparing presentation materials/memoranda and financial reports for the line manager.
