JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadand manage all onsite activities for oil and gas projects ensuringadherence to project plans schedules andbudgets.
  • Ensure compliance with ADNOC standardsspecifications and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Coordinate with projectstakeholders including clients contractors and consultants toaddress siterelated issues and maintainalignment.
  • Monitor site progress and preparedetailed reports on project performance timelines and resourceutilization.
  • Implement and enforce strictsafety health and environmental policies maintaining a zeroincidentculture.
  • Oversee and manage subcontractors toensure quality workmanship and adherence to projecttimelines.
  • Identify and resolve technical andoperational challenges in coordination with engineering andprocurement teams.
  • Ensure timely and accuratecommunication between the site and the project managementteam.
  • Lead site inspections and audits toensure quality control and compliance with projectspecifications.
  • Support commissioning andhandover activities to ensure seamless projectdelivery.
  • Qualifications andRequirements:

KEYQUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (CivilMechanical or equivalent).
  • 20 years ofexperience in site management for oil and gas EPC projects with atleast 5 years working on ADNOC projects.
  • Strongunderstanding of ADNOC standards andprocedures.
  • Proven track record of successfullydelivering largescale EPC projects in the MiddleEast.
  • Excellent leadership communication andproblemsolving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HSEpolicies and implementation onsite.
  • Must beimmediately available and based in theUAE.
