YourResponsibilities as Workday technical consultantis:

  • Provide experttechnical support for Workday Workday Studio and WorkdayExtend.
  • Manage and coordinate data integrationwith systems like Master data management Payroll andERP. 
  • Advice HR and IT colleagues ontechnical feasibility within theapplication.
  • Participate in daytoday technicalsupport and further development of Workday and itsroadmap.
  • Lead various projects related toimplementing Workday and payroll systems for multiple Boskalisentities worldwide and optimizing/buildingintegrations. 
  • Contribute to buildinga professionalteam.

Yourqualities:

You can make your markas workday technical consultant if youhave:

  • At least 5 years in positionssuch as Technical Application Consultant with experience in Workdayand Workday studio. 
  • Proficient inintegration to other systems and knowledgeable in SQL and querylanguages.
  • A completed bachelors or mastersdegree preferably in IT econometrics statistics mathematics ortechnical field.
  • Thorough knowledge of WorkdayHCM Onboarding Time Tracking Absence and Performance Managementfrom a technical perspective. 
  • Stronganalytical skills pragmatic resultsdriven structured approach andwelldeveloped data skills.
  • Selfstartercomfortable in a dynamic complex international environment with awillingness to travel internationally (frequent travel to theNetherlands in the firstyear).
