What you willdo as a Workdayconsultant

  • Expert inWorkday modules (HCM Onboarding Time Tracking Absence PerformanceManagement) and shape its further development androadmap.
  • Support the HR Leadership Team in HRsolution decisions and contribute to building a professional HRShared Service Center (SSC) team.
  • Enhance dataimpact and optimize Workday usage by engaging a broader(international) user group ensuring data quality through analysesand reports.
  • Act as a sparring partner for HRteams collaborating crossfunctionally with HR divisions IT andFinance.
  • Lead Workday implementation projectsand optimize/build integrations for various Boskalis entitiesworldwide.

Yourqualities
You can make your mark as aWorkday consultant if you bring:

  • Atleast 5 years of relevant experience as a data analyst Workdayspecialist business intelligence consultant or similarroles.
  • Completed bachelors or masters degreepreferably in IT econometrics statistics mathematics or a technicalfield.
  • Thorough knowledge of Workday HCMOnboarding Time Tracking Absence and Performance Management withthe ability to translate business value into Workdayfunctionalities.
  • Strong analytical skillspragmatic collaborative resultsdriven independent and welldevelopeddata skills with excellent presentation skills inEnglish.
  • Selfstarter comfortable in a dynamiccomplex international environment resultsoriented with a structuredapproach and willingness to travelinternationally.

  • Yourteam: Within Group HR of Boskalis the HR Shared Servicesdepartment is responsible for the global rollout of Workday. Youwill be working in a young team and you will be responsible for theWorkday application together with 2 colleagues. You will be locatedin our Abu Dhabi office together with other two while the rest ofyour colleagues will work from theNetherlands.
  • Where do you come towork: You work from our office in AbuDhabi.
  • Fulltime: Theposition of Workday consultant is fulltime (40/48 hours perweek).
