TheOpportunity

The Program Director (PD) isa systems thinker and expert at managing complex projects withstrong strategic and creative components. The Program Directorserves as the COO on client engagements collaborating with thePartner/Principal to oversee the operations of an engagement.

The PD is responsible for complex programworkflow and ensuring that resources and communication areoptimized across all tracks of work and that the program executionis fully aligned with the overall strategicintent.

How YoullDrive Impact

Planning workflowand delivery
Cultivate positive and effectiverelationships with clients of all levels and be the point ofcontact for all aspects of the engagement.
Develop andmanage workflow to meet outcomes for a multimonth multitrackengagement knowing how to prioritize and segment work and how tofocus the team on what matters most.
Manage the creativeprocess and workflow for anything from digital tools and videos tospecialty print and largescaleevents.

Budget and finance

Price new work andcontribute to proposal development.
Track and evaluateprogram profitability identifying discrepancies and leveraging datato anticipate and recommend necessary adjustments.
Draftscopes of work (SOWs) track budgets facilitate contractnegotiations and ensure that all appropriate documentation is inplace.
Team health and partnerships
Cocreatealongside teams of strategists designers and studio team members aswell as external partners including copywriters photographersprinters developers and videographers.
Advocate on behalfof your team members acknowledge team success and monitormorale.
Create strong partnerships with each team memberand encourage team behaviors that foster deep collaboration andpartnership.
Anticipate and properly communicate resourceneeds to maximize impact including scenario plans to resolvechallenges taking into account individual growth goals andsuperpowers and teamneeds.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of relevantprogram/account management experience with knowledge of thecreative digital or experiential process.

Fluency in Arabic ispreferred.
Must be available towork inperson with our team in the UAE.
