TheOpportunity

The Senior Program Managermanages the business operations of a project while maintainingoverall team health and workflow. This consultant is the hub of aproject seeing and managing the whole system ensuring that allelements of the program are accounted for and connected andconstantly assessing if the program execution is fully aligned withthe overall strategic intent. Partnering closely with otherconsultants on the strategy design and studio teams the Senior PMorchestrates powerful experiences that help our clients see a newway forward and insightful plans and tools that help them takeaction.

How Youll DriveImpact

Planningworkflow and delivery

Cultivate positive and effective relationships with clients of alllevels and be the point of contact for all aspects of theengagement.
Develop and manage workflow to meet outcomesfor a multimonth multitrack engagement knowing how to prioritizeand segment work and how to focus the team on what mattersmost.
Manage the creative process and workflow foranything from digital tools and videos to specialty print andlargescale events.

Budget andfinance

Price new work andcontribute to proposal development.
Track and evaluateprogram profitability identifying discrepancies and leveraging datato anticipate and recommend necessary adjustments.
Draftscopes of work (SOWs) track budgets facilitate contractnegotiations and ensure that all appropriate documentation is inplace.

Team health andpartnerships

Cocreate alongside teams of strategists designersand studio team members as well as external partners includingcopywriters photographers printers developers andvideographers.
Advocate on behalf of your team membersacknowledge team success and monitor morale.
Createstrong partnerships with each team member and encourage teambehaviors that foster deep collaboration and partnership.
Anticipate and properly communicate resource needs to maximizeimpact including scenario plans to resolve challenges taking intoaccount individual growth goals and superpowers and teamneeds.

Qualifications

Minimum 710 years ofrelevant program/account management experience with knowledge ofthe creative digital or experiential process and expertise instrategic planning.
Fluency in Arabicpreferred.
