Role Overview

Our clients Microsoft Business Solutions team is lookingfor a talented D365 F&O Technical Architect who will usetheir expertise and experience for the technical realisation oftasks based on functional designs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance& Operations in particular building and testing new andexisting functionalities. This is a dynamic and excitingopportunity to join a growing new business area within a marketleading firm.

Requirements

  • A University graduate with a relevant degreewithin a computing or business discipline.
  • AMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&O Core Certification and aMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Certification would beconsidered as an asset.
  • Minimum 6 yearsexperience working with Microsoft Dynamics AX and MicrosoftDynamics 365 F&O.
  • Experience with allstages of Dynamics 365 FO Development
  • A goodunderstanding of best practices including code management control) unit testing methodologies and buildprocesses
  • Strong knowledge onX
  • Good knowledge of Life Cycle Services(LCS)
  • Experience in using Azure DevOps such assource control gated checkins andpipelines.
  • Understand Devopsprinciples
  • Knowledge of Automatic TestingLanguage (ATL) would be considered as anasset
  • Data migration (Data entities) experienceinline with D365FO data handlingprocesses
  • Experience with interfaces (SOAP RESTcustom services) would be considered as anasset
  • Team player able to foster positiveworking relationships across theorganisation
  • Resilience and ability to work inrapidly changing environment
  • High sense ofownership and competence to workindependently
  • Willing to travel abroad whenrequired

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Solution and SeniorTechnical Architects to help create high quality design andsustainable client solutions and projectdocumentation;
  • Implementation of technicalsolutions for customer requirements inD365FO
  • Analyse and resolve issues within theERP system
  • Participate in developmentintegrations product support and platformupdates
  • Write and manage technicaldocuments
  • Ensuring all design/technicaldocumentation is kept up to date during the developmentprocess
  • Working in an Agile approach dependingon the business requirements
  • Working with bothonshore and off/nearshore developmentteams
  • Deliver all development work as perMicrosoft Business Solutions (MBS) standards ensuring that allsoftware applications are implemented successfully per the projectplan: on time and on budget;
  • Be an activemember of technical and design working groups within thepractice
  • Adhere to best practice and ourclients technical standards during alldevelopment
  • Keep team and project Managerupdated with progress
  • Perform codereviews.
  • Help and mentordevelopers.
  • Assisting in TechnicalInterviews.
  • Identify any risks and issues earlyand raise through the appropriate governancechannels
  • To carry out additional duties as mayoccur from time to time as instructed and agreed by the Practicemanagement team.
  • Represent MBS in aprofessional and positive manner at alltimes.
  • The Employee is required to follow ourclients Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at alltimes.
