About the role
- As an Enterprise CRM Implementation Specialist, you will design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions within the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystems.
- Leading the development of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Portals to streamline workflows and enhance business operations.
- Designing and implementing integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
Essential Skills
- Masters degree in computer applications or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) and CRM Online/On-premise implementations.
- Familiarity with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in integrating chatbots (PVA) and managing Omnichannel solutions.
- Knowledge of responsive web design principles and modern UI frameworks like ReactJS.
