Role Overview

Our client is looking for talented D365 FO who will useher/his expertise and experience for the functional tasks based inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations .This is adynamic and exciting opportunity to join a growing new businessarea within a market leading firm. The role calls for a motivatedand skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to be apart of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team.

Requirements

  • Ideally Educated to degreelevel
  • Ideally Microsoft Dynamics certificationssuch as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations andMicrosoft Dynamics 365 Finance and or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics365 Supply Chain Management Functional ConsultantAssociate
  • At least 6 years experience inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) or5 end to end implementation projects
  • Exposureto presales activities would be an addedvalue
  • Conducting functionalinterviews
  • Mentoringjuniors
  • Some technical knowledge would beconsidered as an asset.
  • RSAT knowledge would beconsidered as an asset.
  • Prepared to travel onfrequent basis
  • Experience/Knowledge about ERPimplementation methodologies and have strong analyticalacumen
  • Experience on operating in SharedServices or nearshore teams is an addedasset
  • Ability to perform under minimalsupervision and perform in changingenvironments
  • Excellent written and verbalEnglish language skills. Additional fluency in one or more of thefollowing languages ispreferred:
  • French
  • Spanish
  • German
  • Italian
  • Experiencewith (D365FO) interfaces and Integrations
  • Goodunderstanding of industry processes principles functionality& systems for their chosenspecialism
  • Beneficial to have experience of LCSand Azure DevOps
  • Good MS Office skills(primarily Word Excel and PowerPoint; Visio is aplus)
  • Experience with Business Intelligence(BI) a plus
  • Experience in consulting and verygood presentation skills

Responsibilities

The D365 Finance & Operations FunctionalConsultant will:

  • Show expertise inany or several of the following D365FO functionalareas:
  • Finance
  • ProjectOperations
  • Warehouse
  • FieldService
  • Delivery of D365 FO endtoendimplementation projects including design configuration testingtraining cutover post golive support &reporting
  • Work with onsite engagement team& client team to gather requirements determine expectations& finalise deliverables
  • Ensure qualityproject delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrateexperience in system and functionaltesting
  • Demonstrate excellent foundationalconsulting skills including analytical knowhow written &verbal communication & teamparticipation.
  • Involvement with D365FOinterfaces and Integrations
  • Ability to gatherand document functional requirements and complete gap/fitanalysis
  • Demonstrate Awareness of scope (creep)and use of change control
  • Leading the solutionon a work stream making design decisions and creating solutiondocumentation
  • Delivery of enduser training toclients and colleagues
  • Provide onsite supportand assistance throughout delivery and golive phases ofproject
  • Occasional involvement in responding toRFPs and RFQs would be beneficial
  • Identifypractice development activities and help in defining how these willbe delivered
  • Carry out additional duties as mayoccur from time to time as instructed and agreed byDirectors
  • Ensure timely completion of internalprocesses and mandatory training
  • Represent ourclients MBS in a professional and positive manner at alltimes
  • Have awareness of product roadmap and thecontent of future releases ofD365FO
  • Demonstrate awareness around upsellingand company capabilities
